摘要
《广州市“智慧+品质”住宅评价指引》明确了广州住宅建筑的相关标准,采用量化得分方式评价住宅建筑的智慧和品质水平。智慧+品质住宅的深化实施需要一个过程,需要引导建设单位认识智慧+品质住宅给住宅产品带来的竞争力和增量收益,也需要政府根据城市的不同区域制定相匹配的智慧+品质住宅发展目标并监督实施。
"The Guangzhou Guidelines for the Evaluation of"Smart+Quality"Residential Buildings"clarify the relevant standards for resi‐dential buildings in Guangzhou,and use a quantitative scoring method to evaluate the level of smart and quality of residential buildings.The deepening implementation of smart+quality residential buildings requires a process.It is necessary to guide construction companies to under‐stand the competitiveness and incremental benefits that smart+quality residential buildings bring to residential products.It is also necessary for the government to set matching smart+quality residential buildings development goals based on different regions of the city and super‐vise their implementation.
