摘要
某结构高层建筑地下1层,地上16层,结构高度为63.500 m,结构体系为框架剪力墙,楼盖为常规梁板体系。在超限不规则判别中,该建筑存在以下明确不规则项:扭转不规则,偏心布置,尺寸突变。该建筑也存在有争论不规则项:楼板不连续,局部不规则,凹凸不规则。文章对不规则项进行判别,针对有争议不规则项进行了相应的专项分析,并根据分析结果得出以下结论:当存在抗侧刚度较强的围合剪力墙时,可忽略围合剪力墙中的楼板开洞。其他有争议不规则项,如凹凸不规则可采用增加楼板避免,以及局部不规则项需判别其位置及数量,当其对整个结构影响较小时,可不判入不规则项。
A certain high-rise building has one underground floor and 16 above ground floors,with a structural height of 63.500 meters.The structural system is a frame shear wall,and the floor is a conventional beam slab system.In the discrimination of over limit irregulari‐ty,the building has the following clear irregularities:torsional irregularity,eccentric arrangement,and sudden size changes.There are also controversial irregularities in the building,including discontinuous floor slabs,local irregularities,and irregular bumps and depressions.This article distinguishes irregular items and conducts corresponding specialized analysis for controversial irregular items.Based on the analysis re‐sults,the following conclusion can be drawn:when there is a strong lateral stiffness of the enclosing shear wall,the floor openings in the enclosing shear wall can be ignored.Other controversial irregular items,such as uneven surfaces,can be avoided by adding floor slabs,and local irregular items need to be identified in terms of their position and quantity.When their impact on the entire structure is small,they may not be classified as irregular items.
