装配式钢结构公共建筑施工关键技术研究

摘要 综合分析了装配式钢框架高层厂房工程项目施工的具体情况,针对围护结构和钢框架安装施工的重难点内容开展深入的研究工作,实现了对大型设备、墙板节点、叠合板和钢框架等环节施工内容的高效管理。从宏观角度出发,系统化地论述了装配式钢结构施工技术遵循的原理和施工技术特征,并对其在施工建设过程中的使用情况进行了综合的论述,总结成功的经验,推动此类工程项目施工建设朝着更加先进的方向发展。 This article conducts research on the engineering practice of a prefabricated steel frame high-rise factory building,analyzes the construction methods of steel frames and enclosure structures,as well as the key and difficult points of installation and construction.Re‐search topics include steel frame construction,composite panel construction,wall panel node construction,and fixation of large equipment.At the same time,a systematic exposition of the construction process principles and technical characteristics of prefabricated steel structures is carried out at a macro level,and the application of key construction technologies in engineering practice is analyzed.Several key issues of prefabricated steel structure construction technology are summarized,and detailed analysis is made on quality control measures during its construction process.
