摘要
介绍了一种倒圆台形柱帽钢木组合模板一次成型施工技术,摒弃了木模板逐段拼接的繁琐操作过程,创新性地以双层环形木模板做竖向环撑,以斜向木枋和薄钢皮形成封闭倒扇环形钢木组合构造代替传统木模板,确保了柱帽成型后的混凝土曲面观感顺滑。同时,借助有限元软件Midas Gen优化支模体系构造,并利用REVIT三维建模软件对模板拼装过程进行动态模拟。与传统工艺相比,该技术使用构造简单、施工成本低,缩短了工期,在工程质量、安全上表现优异,对类似倒圆台形柱帽施工具有较好的推广应用价值。
Introduces a inverted frustum of a cone shaped column cap gangmu combination template construction technique,a molding abandoned the wooden template is presented.The splicing of operation process,innovation in vertical ring with double circular wood tem‐plates do hold,with oblique wood fang and black sheet form a closed ring of steel and wood door combination structure instead of tradition‐al wooden template,to ensure that the cap look smooth concrete surface after forming.At the same time,the finite element software Midas Gen was used to optimize the construction of the supporting mold system,and the three-dimensional modeling software REVIT was used to simulate the dynamic process of template assembly.Compared with the traditional technology,this technology has the advantages of simple structure,low construction cost,shortened construction period,excellent performance in engineering quality and safety,and has a good popu‐larization and application value for similar construction of inverted cylindrical cylindrical column caps.
