摘要
目前轨道交通领域中轨道安全检测仪的需求越来越多,但是轨道安全检测仪上的多媒体连接线路容易造成多条线路缠绕,同时线路杂乱容易影响工作人员推动轨道安全检测仪行驶检测,检测仪的推杆长度有限,不便于工作人员调整使用,且推杆顶部一侧的托盘架用于电脑的放置,托盘架一端长时间承受重力,容易导致托盘架的柱杆发生变形,目前轨道安全检测仪的使用性能和安全性能还不能得到有效保证。根据安全要求和可靠性要求,设计了一种具有重要经济价值和战略意义的轨道运营用安全装置,并详细介绍了安全装置的技术方案和具体实施方案。
Currently,there is an increasing demand for track safety detection devices in the field of rail transit.However,the multimedia connection lines on the track safety detection device can easily cause multiple lines to entangle.At the same time,the messy lines can easily affect the staffs’ability to push the track safety detection device for driving detection.The length of the push rod of the detection device is limited,making it difficult for staff to adjust and use.The tray rack on the top side of the push rod is used for placing computers.One end of the tray rack bears gravity for a long time,which can easily cause deformation of the column of the tray rack.Currently,the use performance and safety performance of the track safety detector cannot be effectively guaranteed.Based on safety and reliability requirements,a safety device for track operation with important economic value and strategic significance is designed,and the detailed technical scheme and specific implementation plan of the safety device are introduced.
