摘要
针对目前电力公司电网综合智能管理系统,即综合配网自动化展开了探讨。该系统采用基于馈线终端单元和通信网络实现馈线自动化,主要分为集中智能型馈线自动化系统和分布智能型馈线自动化系统。集中智能型馈线自动化系统需要安装主站系统、馈线终端单元、通信线路、具有切断短路电流能力的负荷开关、监控和数据采集系统及配电高级应用。对配电网进行拓扑分析、负荷估计、潮流计算、短路电流计算、线损分析、无功优化、网络重构和短期负荷预测,旨在利用现代电子技术、通信技术、计算机及网络技术与民用电力设备相结合,将民用配电网在正常及事故情况下的检测、保护、控制、计量和供电部门的工作管理有机地融合在一起,改进电能质量。
The current comprehensive intelligent management system for power grids in power companies,namely the integrated distribution network automation,is discussed.The system adopts feeder terminal unit(FTU)and communication network to realize feeder automation,which is mainly divided into centralized intelligent feeder automation system and distributed intelligent feeder automation system.The centralized intelligent feeder automation system requires the installation of a main station system,FTU,communication lines,load switches with the ability to cut off short-circuit currents,SCADA systems,and advanced distribution applications(PAS).Topology analysis,load estimation,power flow calculation,short-circuit current calculation,line loss analysis,reactive power optimization,network reconstruction,and short-term load forecasting have been conducted on the distribution network.The aim is to combine modern electronic technology,communication technology,computer and network technology with civil power equipment to organically integrate the detection,protection,control,metering,and power supply department management of the civil distribution network under normal and accident conditions,and improve power quality.
