锂离子电池组一致性的测试方法探讨

摘要 锂离子电池组中的单体锂离子电池的不一致性,常常会造成电池组产生木桶效应,最差的那个电池单体或并联块决定了整个电池组的性能,这就会使得电池组的能量、功率等性能无法完全发挥出来,即电池组整体性能下降,进而使得整个电池组在循环使用中极易出现容量衰减过快、寿命较短等问题。因此,锂离子电池组的一致性测试就显得极为重要。从锂离子电池组一致性的定义和要求、测试方法和测试实例3个方面,对其测试方法进行了探讨研究,并提出研发设计人员在设计相应的保护板时应从内阻、容量管理和均衡性能等多方面进行考量的建议,对于提高锂离子电池组的性能具有重要的参考意义。 The inconsistency of lithium-ion cells in lithium-ion battery pack often leads to a barrel effect in the battery.The worst cell or parallel block determines the performance of the entire battery,which makes it difficult to fully utilize the energy,power,and other performance of the battery.This leads to a decrease in the overall performance of the battery,which in turn makes the entire battery prone to problems such as rapid capacity decay and short lifespan during cyclic use.Therefore,the consistency test of lithium-ion battery is extremely important.The testing methods of consistency of lithium-ion battery are explored and studied from the three aspects of the definition and requirements,testing methods,and testing examples.Suggestions for R&D and design personnel to consider internal resistance,capacity management,balance performance,and other aspects,and it is also suggested that the internal resistance,capacity management and balance performance should be considered when designing the corresponding protection plate,which has important reference significance for improving the performance of lithium-ion battery pack.
