摘要
当前城镇污水在生物脱氮过程中大多存在内部碳源不足问题,需额外添加碳源,以满足微生物的代谢需求。新型生物质碳源相比较传统碳源环境安全性高、脱氮效果显著。该实验以生物质废弃玉米秸秆为原料,采用厌氧发酵方法制备生物质发酵液,设计了不同固液比和发酵温度对碳源化学需氧量(COD)等评价指标的影响,得出最优发酵工艺条件。利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)、分光光度法、16S高通量测序等对生物质发酵液产酸机理进行解释。在最佳C/N下进行反硝化实验,出水各项指标均满足城镇污水排放一级A标准,说明制备的生物质碳源具有良好的反硝化性能。
Currently,most urban sewage suffers from insufficient internal carbon sources,and additional carbon source needs to be added to meet the metabolic needs of microorganisms.Compared to traditional carbon sources,the new biomass carbon source has high environmental safety,remarkable denitrification effect.Biomass corn straw was used as raw material to prepare biomass straw fermentation liquid by anaerobic fermentation technology.The effects of different solid-liquid ratio and fermentation temperature on the chemical oxygen demand(COD)content of carbon source were investigated,and the optimal fermentation process conditions were obtained.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),spectrophotometry and 16S high-throughput sequencing were used to explain the acid production mechanism of biomass fermentation solution.The denitrification experiment was carried out under the optimal C/N,and all the effluent indexes met the grade A standard of urban sewage discharge,indicating that the prepared biomass carbon source had good denitrification performance.
