摘要
目前,国内外所研制的羰基硫水解催化剂反应温度均需要在100~400℃的条件下才能发挥最佳催化活性,给实际工业生产和应用造成了极大的不便和能量浪费。因此,开发一种高效低温的羰基硫水解催化剂是目前研究和工业应用的热点。本文对低温羰基硫水解催化剂性能进行评价,并且依托于净化公司第三联合装置开展工业测线试验。试验结果表明,在温度为60~70℃,压力5.3 MPa,原料气流量150 m^(3)/h,原料气COS浓度45 mg/m^(3)条件下,羰基硫水解率≥99%,为低温羰基硫水解催化剂的研究方向及工业化应用提供参考。
At present,the reaction temperature of carbonyl sulfur hydrolysis catalysts developed at home and abroad needs to be 100~400℃to give full play to their optimal catalytic activity,which has caused great inconvenience and energy waste to the actual industrial production and application.Therefore,the development of a high-efficiency and low temperature carbonyl sulfur hydrolysis catalyst is the focus of research and industrial application.In this paper,the performance of low temperature carbonyl sulfur hydrolysis catalyst is evaluated,and the industrial line test is carried out relying on the third combined unit of purification company.The test results show that under the conditions of temperature 60~70℃,pressure 5.3 MPa,feed gas flow 150 m^(3)/h,and feed gas COS concentration 45 mg/m^(3),the carbonyl sulfur hydrolysis rate is≥99%,which provides a reference for the research direction and industrial application of low temperature carbonyl sulfur hydrolysis catalyst.
