摘要
天然气压缩机是储气库注气生产的核心设备,压缩机在选型时一般按照规定的工艺条件进行设计配置,主要考虑满足峰值流量。然而在实际生产运行中,需要在不同的负荷下进行工作,这就需要对压缩机的排气量进行调节,以满足工艺流程的需求。同时,大型往复活塞压缩机能耗巨大,是节能减排的重要研究对象。流量调节技术的改进是压缩机节能运行和节能减排的有效途径。本文基于苏东A储气库压缩机运行工况的需求现状,通过对电动可变余隙调节的智能化、自动化改造,开发出一种既能调节气量又能调节压缩比的气量调节设备,通过余隙的自动调节,解决气量调节及能耗高的问题。
Natural gas compressor is the core equipment of gas storage gas injection production.The compressor is generally designed and configured according to the specified process conditions when selecting,and the main consideration is to meet the peak flow rate.However,in the actual production operation,it is necessary to work under different loads,which requires the adjustment of the compressor exhaust volume to meet the needs of the process.At the same time,large reciprocating piston compressors have huge energy consumption,which is an important research object of energy saving and emission reduction.The improvement of flow regulation technology is an effective way to save energy and reduce emission of compressor.Based on the current situation of compressor operating conditions in A gas storage in eastern Sulige,this paper develops a gas adjustment equipment that can adjust both gas volume and pressure ratio through intelligent and automatic transformation of electric variable clearance adjustment.Through automatic clearance adjustment,the problem of gas volume adjustment and high energy consumption is solved.
