摘要
发展茶业新质生产力是推进中国式农业现代化和促进乡村全面振兴的内在要求。加快发展茶业新质生产力,是破解产业瓶颈的关键,为做强茶产业注入新动力、新要素和新动能。针对茶业新质生产力发展面临的关键核心技术攻克进展不快、茶业人才支撑力度远远不足、产品创新不能满足消费需求、茶业新业态新模式融合不够等挑战,应大力推动茶科技创新、着力推进发展方式创新、积极探索业态创新、大力推动产品创新、强化人才支撑工作创新、扎实推进体制机制创新,以加快形成茶业新质生产力。
Developing new quality productivity in the tea industry is an inherent requirement for promoting Chinese style agricultural modernization and comprehensive rural revitalization.Accelerating the development of new quality productive forces in the tea industry is the key to breaking the bottlenecks in the industry and injecting new momentum,new elements,and new energy into the strengthening of tea industry.In response to the challenges facing by the development of new quality productivity in the tea industry,such as slow progress in key core technologies,insufficient support for tea industry talents,inability to meet consumer demand for product innovation,and insufficient integration of new business models and modes,we should vigorously promote tea technology innovation,focus on promoting development mode innovation,actively explore business format innovation,vigorously promote product innovation,strengthen talent support work innovation,and soundly promote institutional mechanism innovation to accelerate the formation of new quality productivity in the tea industry.
