摘要
针对病害动物无害化处理设备的核心部件主轴常出现的主轴过粗、过细或是结构设计不合理等问题,从主轴扭转切应力、弯曲应力、弯扭合成强度等对主轴进行校核,并通过主轴最小直径的计算,验证了主轴设计直径的合理性,以期为设备设计及优化升级提供理论依据和技术支撑。
In response to the common problems of principal axis of the harmless treatment equipment for diseased animals,such as principal axis being too thick,too thin,or having an unreasonable structural design,principal axis was checked for torsional shear stress,bending stress,and bending torsional composite strength.The rationality of principal axis design diameter was verified by calculating the minimum diameter of principal axis,in order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for equipment design,optimization and upgrading.
