摘要
为了满足本科课程“舰艇结构”复合材料结构部分,以及研究生课程“复合材料概论”“复合材料结构设计”等工程实践需要,我校建立了复合材料制备与性能检测实训教学平台,该平台主要包括:原材料存储系统、纤维织物裁剪系统、液体成型系统、切割打磨系统以及性能检测系统,形成了从原材料存储到复合材料成型与性能检测的完整系统功能链条。该平台的建立,一方面有利于提高学员动手实践能力,掌握舰艇复合材料结构相关的成型方法和操作流程;另一方面可用于本校内复合材料相关专业研究生的毕业论文和相关科研项目的研究工作。实训教学平台为夯实教学体系完整性,促进学科建设与发展,培养新时期创新型人才提供了坚实基础。
In order to meet the needs of engineering practice in the undergraduate course“Warship Structure”composite material structure part,graduate courses“Introduction to Composite Materials”,“Composite Material Structure Design”and other engineering practice needs,a training teaching platform for composite material preparation and performance testing has been established.This platform mainly includes:raw material storage system,fiber fabric cutting system,liquid forming system,cutting and polishing system and performance testing system,forming a complete system function chain from raw material storage to composite material forming and performance testing.The establishment of the platform,on the one hand,is helpful to improve the practical ability of the trainees and master the forming method and operation process related to the composite structure of the warship;On the other hand,it can be used for the graduation thesis and related research projects of the graduate students of composite materials in our university.The practical teaching platform provides a solid foundation for consolidating the integrity of teaching system,promoting discipline construction and development,and cultivating innovative talents in the new era.
