Comprehensive Clinical Evaluation of Jinwu Gutong Capsule in the Treatment of Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis

目的:综合评价金乌骨通胶囊治疗骨质疏松症和骨关节炎的临床疗效与价值。方法:采用定性与定量相结合的评价方法,结合循证医学、流行病学、临床医学、临床药学、循证药学、药物经济学等多学科方法,构建了一个包含6+1维度的综合评价体系。通过系统性综述、网状Meta分析、临床试验数据的整合分析及文献的二次评价,对金乌骨通胶囊进行了深入的临床综合评价。结果:基于近20年的临床应用及大量随机对照试验(RCT)结果显示,金乌骨通胶囊在治疗骨质疏松症、骨关节炎及改善骨质增生方面疗效确切,系统性分析进一步证实其具有良好的安全性和有效性。药物经济学分析表明,与对照药物相比,金乌骨通胶囊在提高临床总有效率方面具有更优的经济性。此外,金乌骨通胶囊药性平和,能有效调节骨代谢失衡,展现出一定的临床创新性、适宜性、用药可及性。结论:金乌骨通胶囊治疗骨质疏松症和骨关节炎临床疗效确切,不良反应较小,可为临床用药提供参考。

Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy and value of Jinwu Gutong Capsule in the treatment of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.Methods:A comprehensive evaluation system with 6+1 dimensions was constructed by combining qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods with evidence-based medicine,epidemiology,clinical medicine,clinical pharmacy,evidence-based pharmacy,pharmacoeconomics and other multidisciplinary methods.Through systematic review,network meta-analysis,integrated analysis of clinical trial data and secondary review of literature,the in-depth clinical comprehensive evaluation of Jinwu Gutong Capsule was carried out.Results:Based on nearly 20 years of clinical application and a large number of randomized controlled trials(RCT)results,Jinwu Gutong Capsule is effective in the treatment of osteoporosis,osteoarthritis and improving bone hyperplasia.Systematic analysis further confirmed that it has good safety and efficacy.Pharmacoeconomic analysis showed that compared with the control drug,Jinwu Gutong Capsule had better economy in improving the total clinical effective rate.In addition,Jinwu Gutong Capsule has a peaceful drug property,can effectively regulate the imbalance of bone metabolism,and shows certain clinical innovation,suitability and drug accessibility.Conclusion:Jinwu Gutong Capsule has definite clinical efficacy and small side effects in the treatment of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis,which can provide reference for clinical drug use.
