摘要
研究从PVC模板的基本特点和优点出发,对PVC模板在住宅建设中的应用及模板设计、施工过程和质量控制等方面进行了详细阐述。随着施工工艺的发展,PVC模板由于其轻质、耐用、施工方便等优点而越来越受欢迎。通过工程实例说明,PVC模板对提高施工效率、降低造价、保护环境、节约能源等方面有明显的作用。并提出了PVC模板的发展方向,其可为建筑业的可持续发展开辟一条新途径。
Starting from the basic characteristics and advantages of PVC formwork,the application of PVC formwork in residential construction and formwork design,construction process and quality control are elaborated in detail.With the development of construction technology,PVC formwork is becoming more and more popular due to its advantages of lightweight,durability and convenient construction.Through engineering examples,it is shown that PVC formwork has an obvious effect on improving construction efficiency,reducing cost,protecting the environment and saving energy.And put forward the future development direction of PVC formwork,which opens up a new way for the sustainable development of the construction industry.
