地下室无梁柱帽预留洞口的过渡节点及施工方法

摘要 针对多层地下室结构体系与内支撑结构需设置预留洞口的施工难点,研究介绍了地下室无梁柱帽预留洞口的过渡节点及其施工方法。在地下室结构施工过程中由于多层地下室内支撑支护结构未拆除,主体结构中的结构柱、钢管柱及柱帽无法通过内支撑环梁同步施工至对应的结构板,故需对结构板设置相应的预留洞口,采用工字钢并设置抗剪键对洞口补强,以满足结构板水平结构的传力要求,上述方法具有整体性好、安全性高、方便施工、节约工期、节省成本等优点。 In view of the difficulty in the construction of the multi-storey basement structure system and the inner support structure,the transition node of the basement without beam-column cap reserve hole and its construction method are introduced,which means that the multi-storey underground supporting structure is not removed during the construction of the basement structure.The structural column,steel pipe column and column cap in the main structure cannot be constructed synchronically to the corresponding structural plate through the inner support ring beam,so it is necessary to set the corresponding reserved hole of the structural plate and use I-beams and shear keys to strengthen the hole to meet the force transmission requirements of the horizontal structure of the structural plate.This method has the characteristics of good integrity,high safety,convenient construction,saving time and saving cost.
