永临结合施工技术在EPC学校项目中的应用研究

RESEARCH ON APPLICATION OF permanent and temporary combination CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY IN EPC SCHOOL PROJECTS

随着建筑行业的发展,永临结合作为一种绿色施工技术被广泛推广应用。研究中的学校项目占地面积大、单体建筑多、工期紧,为确保工期并降低施工成本,项目利用工程总承包(EPC模式)的便利性,故采取了多项永临结合措施。研究从施工道路、邻建区域、边坡支护等方面对永临结合施工技术的运用进行了阐述,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。

With the development of the construction industry,permanent and temporary combination has been widely promoted and applied as a green construction technology.The school project under study covers a large area,has multiple individual buildings,and has a tight schedule.In order to ensure the project schedule and reduce construction costs,the project utilizes the convenience of engineering general contracting(EPC)mode,and therefore adopts multiple permanent and temporary combination measures.This study elaborates on the application of permanent and temporary construction technology from the aspects of construction roads,temporary construction areas,and slope support,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
