摘要 钢桁架支撑胎架的拼装技术是钢结构工程中的关键环节之一,直接关系结构的稳定性、施工效率以及整体质量。本研究主要介绍了钢桁架支撑胎架的拼装技术及其应用,包括施工工艺流程、拼装方法、质量控制要点和安全注意事项。通过对实际工程案例的分析,探讨了在钢桁架拼装过程中常见的问题及其解决方案,尤其是在大型钢结构工程中的特殊要求与创新技术应用。研究表明,合理的拼装技术不仅可以提高施工速度,还能有效确保钢结构的精度和稳定性。 The assembly technology of steel truss support tire frame is one of the key links in steel structure engineering,which directly affects the stability,construction efficiency,and overall quality of the structure.This article mainly introduces the assembly technology and application of steel truss support tire frame,including construction process flow,assembly method,quality control points,and safety precautions.Through the analysis of practical engineering cases,common problems and solutions in the assembly process of steel trusses were discussed,especially the special requirements and innovative technology applications in large-scale steel structure engineering.Research has shown that reasonable assembly techniques can not only improve construction speed,but also effectively ensure the accuracy and stability of steel structures.
