摘要
近年来大跨度悬挑钢楼梯在现代建筑中的应用越来越广泛。依托工程实例,针对大跨度悬挑钢楼梯自重大、跨度大、高度大、安装空间有限等施工难点,通过理论分析、仿真模拟及实践研究,提出并应用了连续分级支撑+大型构件结构锚点翻转的施工方法,解决了悬挑楼梯安装过程中立面空间位置不足的问题,确保吊装施工安全便捷可靠,提高了构件安装位置精度。
Large-span cantilevered steel stairs are more and more widely used in modern buildings.Relying on engineering examples,this paper proposes and applies the construction method of continuous graded support+large structural anchor point overturning through theoretical analysis,simulation and practical research for the construction difficulties of large-span cantilevered steel staircase such as selfimportance,large span,large height,limited installation space,etc.,which solves the problem of insufficient neutral space position in the installation process of cantilevered staircase,ensures the safety,convenience and reliability of lifting construction and improves the accuracy of component installation position,which is of wide popularization and application value.It ensures safe,convenient and reliable lifting construction and improves the precision of component installation position.
