摘要
国家会议中心二期项目开合屋面的传动系统技术应用为国内首创,驱动系统采用齿轮-齿条机构和浮动啮合驱动装置,最大的开合屋面45 m×10.5 m,重达约55 t,由7个动力系统同步驱动。机械及电气控制系统的重复运动定位精度达到3 mm范围,保证达到同步精确要求;轨道凹坑设计,实现屋盖竖向提升,解决密封胶条的压紧与松弛。开合屋面即能满足下面花园自然通风,又可达到消防排烟功能。
The transmission system technology application for the opening and closing roof of the National Convention Center Phase II project is the first of its kind in China.The drive system adopts a gear rack mechanism and a floating meshing drive device.The largest opening and closing roof is 45m×10.5m,weighing about 55t,and is synchronously driven by seven power systems.The repeated motion positioning accuracy of the mechanical and electrical control system reaches a range of 3mm,ensuring synchronization accuracy requirements are met;Design of track pits to achieve vertical lifting of the roof and solve the compression and relaxation of sealing strips.Opening and closing the roof can not only meet the natural ventilation of the garden below,but also achieve the function of fire and smoke exhaust.
