摘要
直跑段汽车坡道施工中利用盘扣模架自稳定系统能够有效解决倾斜结构带来的施工难题。本研究依托北京市某工程的汽车坡道施工,从坡道板荷载统计、立杆受力分析、施工组织过程和施工方案入手,校验确认模架在倾斜状态的安全可靠性,针对底平、上斜结构,底顶同斜率结构,底斜、上平结构的3种模架支撑形式,对模架的主要节点进行简要分析,旨在提高不同形式直跑现浇汽车坡道模架支撑的施工效率与施工质量。
The use of a buckle formwork self stabilizing system in the construction of straight running car ramps can effectively solve the construction problems caused by inclined structures.This study is based on the construction of a car ramp in a certain project in Beijing.Starting from the load statistics of the ramp plate,the force analysis of the upright pole,the construction organization process,and the construction plan,the safety and reliability of the formwork in the inclined state are verified and confirmed.For three types of formwork support forms:bottom flat and top inclined structures,bottom top same slope structures,and bottom inclined and top flat structures,the main nodes of the formwork are briefly analyzed,aiming to improve the construction efficiency and quality of different forms of straight run cast-in-place car ramp formwork support.
