国家会议中心二期金属屋面抗风揭试验技术分析

摘要 国家会议中心二期项目由于受到限高、构造厚度的制约,放弃了传统的混凝土屋面,采用轻型金属屋面。屋面系统的安全性应充分保证其防水性能、隔声性能、保温性能和抗风揭性能等。金属屋面风揭主要有3种破坏形式,即屋面板与支架的连接脱落、支架本身破坏、支架与檩条的连接破坏。究其原因在于系统连接较弱、产品质量问题、设计施工问题等。通过实际测试,各项性能指标完全符合设计要求,为大面施工提供了坚实的理论依据。 This article is analysis about wind resistance test of metal roofing for National Conference Center Phase II project.This project is restricted by height limit and structural thickness,the traditional concrete roofing is abandoned,using light metal roofing.The safety of roofing system should fully ensure its waterproof performance sound insulation performance thermal insulation performance and anti-wind performance,etc.There are three main damage forms of metal roofing:connection between roof panel and support has fallen off,support damage,connection between bracket and purlin.The reason is that the system connection is weak product quality problems design and construction problems,etc.This project is a national key project,so the safety and reliability of the design must be verified by the performance test.Through actual testing,all performance indicators are in line with the design requirements,it provides a solid theoretical basis for large area construction.
