摘要 在快速发展的工业自动化与信息化浪潮中,电缆制造业面临着生产效率和质量控制的双重挑战。随着移动信息技术的日益成熟,这些技术被逐渐应用于制造业,显著提升了生产线的智能化水平。文中详细介绍了基于信息技术的电缆智能制造车间的设计方案,从智能制造车间的设计需求出发,阐述了智能生产线的构建过程和智能车间功能的实现,并探讨了如何通过智能化改造提升电缆制造的效率和品质,展示了信息技术在现代电缆制造中的应用前景和实际效益,希望能为相关领域的研究与实践提供参考和指导。 In the rapidly developing wave of industrial automation and informatization,the cable manufacturing industry is facing the dual challenges of production efficiency and quality control.With the increasing maturity of mobile information technology,these technologies are gradually applied to the manufacturing industry,which significantly improves the intelligent level of the production line.This paper introduces the design scheme of the cable intelligent manufacturing workshop based on information technology in detail.Starting from the design requirements of the intelligent manufacturing workshop,it expounds the construction process of the intelligent production line and the realization of the functions of the intelligent workshop.It also discusses how to improve the efficiency and quality of cable manufacturing through intelligent transformation.It shows the application prospects and practical benefits of information technology in modern cable manufacturing.It hopes to provide reference and guidance for research and practice in related fields.
