基于Python的佛山市青年住房数据可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Youth Housing Data in Foshan City Based on Python

佛山市经济的快速发展带动了青年群体常住人口的快速增长,但也导致住房成本逐渐增加。文中利用Python爬虫技术爬取了佛山市青年住房市场数据,进行了数据可视化分析。研究发现,佛山市青年面临较高的住房成本和保障性房源不足的问题。对此,文中提出了增加住房供给、改善住房资源结构、优化租房市场环境等建议,旨在提升青年住房的可负担性和居住品质。

The rapid development of Foshan's economy has led to the rapid growth of the permanent population of young people,but it has also led to the gradual increase in housing costs.This paper uses Python crawler technology to crawl the data of Foshan's youth housing market and conducts data visualization analysis.The study found that Foshan's youth faces high housing costs and insufficient affordable housing supply.In this regard,the paper puts forward suggestions on increasing housing supply,improving housing resource structure,and optimizing the rental market environment,aiming to improve the affordability and living quality of youth housing.
