构建中国哲学社会科学自主知识体系是党的二十届三中全会《决定》中提出的一项改革任务。用好中华优秀传统文化资源,从中华优秀传统文化中汲取有益成分是构建中国哲学社会科学,特别是经济学的题中应有之义。首先,习近平总书记阐明的中华文明的突出特性是我们构建中国经济学自主知识体系中坚持文化传承发展的理论依据和思想指引。中华文明的连续性和统一性是中国经济学自主知识体系的底色,它的包容性、和平性和创新性是中国经济学自主知识体系走向未来的必然逻辑。其次,要以马克思主义真理之光照耀中国经济史和经济思想史的学科发展道路,并激活中华文明的基因,使之成为当代经济问题研究以及经济学的思想来源和民族元素。再次,构建中国经济学自主知识体系要把握好三方面资源。要正确认识和区分西方经济学资源的优劣,取其精华,去其糟粕。努力用好马克思主义资源和中华优秀传统文化资源需要反复提倡、反复实践、反复认识和提高,久久为功。

Building a Chinese intellectual system in philosophy and social sciences is a reform initiative put forth at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.Effectively leveraging the resources of China's fine traditional culture and gaining the beneficial elements from it is integral to building a Chinese intellectual system in philosophy and social sciences,particularly in economics.First,the distinctive characteristics of Chinese civilization elucidated by General Secretary Xi Jinping provide a theoretical framework and guiding principles for our commitment to cultural inheritance and development in building a Chinese intellectual system in economics.The continuity and unity of Chinese civilization serve as the foundational pillars of the Chinese intellectual system in economics,while its inclusiveness,peaceful nature,and innovation represent the underlying logic of this system into the future.Second,it is imperative to illuminate the path of disciplinary development of Chinese economic history and Chinese economic thinking history with the truth of Marxism and revitalize the essence of Chinese civilization,making it an origin of thoughts and national elements for research of contemporary economic issues and economics.Third,to build a Chinese intellectual system in economics,we need to effectively leverage three kinds of resources:the resource of Marxism,the resource of China's fine traditional culture,and the resource of foreign philosophy and social sciences.We should accurately assess and differentiate the strengths and weaknesses of Western economic resources,extracting their valuable insights while discarding less relevant aspects.Meanwhile,we should consistently advocate for,practice,and refine the utilization of the resources of Marxism and China's fine traditional culture,with a particular focus on the latter.This endeavor necessitates unremitting efforts.
