某新建肉牛场犊牛腹泻病原检测及治疗

Detection and treatment of calf diarrhea in a newly built beef cattle farm

摘要 2024年春季,商丘市某肉牛场12头犊牛出现精神沉郁、水样腹泻及脱水症状。为确定发病原因,采集腹泻犊牛肛门拭子及新鲜粪便共18份,采用PCR方法检测牛轮状病毒(BRV)、牛冠状病毒(BCoV)、牛病毒性腹泻黏膜病毒(BVDV)、产肠毒素大肠杆菌(ETEC)、沙门氏菌(Salmonella)、安氏隐孢子虫(C.andersoni),通过细菌培养与镜检鉴定致病菌,药敏试验筛选敏感性高的抗生素。结果显示,PCR检测中BRV、BCoV、BVDV均为阴性,检出ETEC11份,沙门氏菌3份,安氏隐孢子虫7份;镜检可见革兰氏阴性杆菌;药敏试验显示庆大霉素、链霉素和卡那霉素较敏感。根据检测结果及时调整用药方案,12头犊牛均治愈。 In the spring 2024,there were 12 calves experienced symptoms of depression,watery diarrhea,and dehydration in a newly built beef cattle farm.To determine the causes of calf diarrhe,18 samples of anal swabs and fecal samples from diarrheal calves were collected.Bovine rotavirus(BRV),Bovine coronavirus(BCoV),Bovine viral diarrhea mucosal disease virus(BVDV),Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(ETEC),Salmonella and C.andersoni were detected by PCR.Bacterial culture and microscopic examination were used to identify potential pathogenic bacteria.Drug sensitivity tests were conducted to determine the severity of antibiotics.The results showed that PCR detection was negative for BRV,BCoV,BVDV.There were 11 ECTC,3 Salmonella and 7 C.andersoni were positive in PCR detection.Gram negative bacterias can be observed under a microscope;The drug sensitivity test showed that gentamicin,streptomycin,and kanamycin were more sensitive.According to the results,medication was adjusted and all 12 calves were cured.
