河南省一起牛炭疽病的紧急流行病学调查

Emergency epidemiological investigation on the outbreak of cattle anthracnose in Henan Province

2023年7月26日,河南省某县农业农村局接到县卫健委通知,两湖街道一村庄发现一起人感染皮肤炭疽病。为查明此次人感染皮肤炭疽是否由动物引起,防止疫情扩散,消除疫情传播风险,通过现场调查、座谈询问、溯源追踪以及实验室检测等方式,开展了畜间炭疽病紧急流行病学调查。调查认为:此次疫情是由炭疽杆菌引起的牛炭疽病。2022年11月份外省引进携带炭疽杆菌的肉牛是病原初始进入该场区的主要途径。

On July 26,2023,the Agriculture and Rural Bureau of certain County in Henan Province received a notice from the county Health Commission that a human case of cutaneous anthrax was found in a village of Lianghu Street.In order to find out whether the human skin anthrax infection was caused by animals,prevent the spread of the epidemic and eliminate the risk of transmission of the epidemic,an urgent epidemiologic investigation of anthrax among animals was carried out through on-site investigation,interview,tracing and laboratory texts.The investigation showed that the outbreak was caused by Bacillus anthracis in cattle.The introduction of beef cattle carrying Bacillus anthracis from other Province,in November 2022 was the primary pathway by which the pathogen initially entered the site.
