摘要
兽医生物安全是“One Health”的重要组成部分,兽医生物安全学课程肩负传授兽医生物安全知识,提升学生解决农场到餐桌全产业链生物安全问题的能力,培养新时代兽医人才的任务。文章分析了兽医生物安全学课程多元化教师团队、教材出版、科研前沿知识进课堂、课程思政、线上线下混合式教学、过程性考核等多个方面。对兽医生物安全学课程教学进行多维度解析,阐明了兽医生物安全学课程教学的做法和措施。为“One Health”背景下该课程的建设提供了一定的参考。
Veterinary biosafety is an important part of“One Health”,and the course Veterinary Biosafety shoulders the responsibility of imparting veterinary biosecurity knowledge,improving students’ability to solve biosafety problems in the whole farm-to-table industry chain,and cultivating veterinary talents in the new era.The diversified teacher team,textbook publishing,scientific research frontier knowledge into the classroom,curriculum ideology and politics,blended online teaching,process assessment were analyzed.Moreover,the teaching of Veterinary Biosafety was analyzed in multiple dimensions,and the teaching methods and measures of Veterinary Biosafety were expounded.This study provided a certain reference for the construction of the course under the background of“One Health”.
