信息化管理模式在医院CT设备管理中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Information Management Mode in Hos⁃pital CT Equipment Management

目的探讨信息化管理模式在医院CT设备管理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年4月薛城区中医院23名CT设备管理工作人员为研究对象,2021年5月—2022年4月为对照组,2022年5月—2023年4月为观察组。对照组采用常规方法管理,观察组联合信息化管理模式,比较两组设备管理效果、故障情况及工作人员对管理的满意度。结果观察组工作人员应用设备、使用说明书、设备专人管理、设备流程、设备维修实操得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组共发生CT故障26次,其中操作不当19次,专业水平不足5次,医务人员工作疏忽2次;对照组发生37次,其中操作不当32次,专业水平不足4次,医务人员工作疏忽1次。观察组各项满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论信息化管理模式应用于医院CT设备管理中效果显著,能提高设备管理效果,减少设备故障发生情况,有助于提高CT设备管理人员满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of information management mode in hospital CT equipment management.Methods Twenty-three CT equipment management staff from Xuecheng District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,with May 2021 to April 2022 as the control group and May 2022 to April 2023 as the observation group.The control group was managed using conventional methods,while the observation group adopted a joint information management mode.The effectiveness of equipment management,fault situations,and staff satisfaction with management were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher scores than the control group in terms of equipment application,user manuals,dedicated equipment management,equipment processes,and equipment maintenance practices,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The observation group experienced a total of twenty-six CT malfunctions,including nineteen instances of improper operation,five instances of inadequate professional skills,and two instances of medical staff negligence;The control group experienced thirty-seven incidents,including thirty-two instances of improper operation,four instances of inadequate professional skills,and 1 instance of medical staff negligence.The satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of information management mode in hospital CT equipment management has significant effects,which can improve equipment management effectiveness,reduce equipment failures,and help improve the satisfaction of CT equipment management personnel.
