品管圈活动对医疗设备档案管理中档案差错发生率及档案完整性的影响

The Effect of Quality Control Circle Activities on the Incidence of File Eer⁃rors and File Integrity in Medical Equipment File Management

目的探究品管圈活动在医疗设备档案管理中的应用效果及对档案差错发生率及档案完整性的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2024年1月在舟山市妇女儿童医院工作的40名工作人员为研究对象,2015年1月—2019年6月实施常规管理模式为常规组,并选取343份医疗设备档案,2019年7月—2024年1月实施品管圈活动管理模式为观察组,并选取344份医疗设备档案,两组工作人员为同一批,对比不同管理模式下档案差错发生率、档案完整性及工作人员满意度。结果观察组档案差错发生率为6.69%(41/343),低于常规组的11.95%(23/344),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.641,P<0.05);观察组档案内容完整(95.12±1.02)分、档案编号准确(96.14±1.01)分、档案存放有序(96.15±1.02)分均高于常规组的(94.91±1.01)分、(95.94±1.05)分、(95.89±1.06)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.711、2.544、3.276,P均<0.05);观察组档案管理人员满意度均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论实施品管圈活动于医疗设备档案管理工作中,显著降低了档案差错发生率,同时提升了档案的完整性和工作人员的满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activities in the management of medical equipment file and its influence on the incidence of file errors and the integrity of file.Methods A total of forty staff members working in Zhoushan Women and Children's Hospital from January 2015 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and the routine management mode was implemented as the routine group from January 2015 to June 2019,and 343 medical equipment files were selected.From July 2019 to January 2024,the quality control circle activity management mode was observation group,and 344 medical equipment files were selected.The two teams are the same staff.The incidence of file error,file integrity and staff satisfaction were compared under different management modes.Results The incidence of file error in the observation group was 6.69%(41/343),which was lower than 11.95%(23/344)in the conventional groupand the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.641,P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of complete file content was 95.12±1.02,the scores of accurate file number was 96.14±1.01,and the scores of orderly file storage was 96.15±1.02 were higher than 94.91±1.01,95.94±1.05,95.89±1.06 in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(t=2.711,2.544,3.276,all P<0.05);The satisfaction of file management personnel in the observation group was better than that in the conventional group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle activities in the management of medical equipment file has significantly reduced the incidence of file errors,and improved the integrity of file and the satisfaction of management personnel.
