摘要
目的分析精益管理对医院医疗服务质量和效率的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月于泰安市妇幼保健院工作的120名医护人员为研究对象。2022年1—12月实施常规管理,设为常规组,2023年1—12月实施精益管理,设为研究组。比较两组医护人员的医疗服务质量、服务能力评分、管理满意度。结果研究组医疗服务质量、服务能力评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组管理满意度为98.33%(118/120),高于常规组的91.67%(110/120),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.614,P<0.05)。结论精益管理能有效提升医疗服务的质量,增强医护人员的服务能力,确保医疗工作有效开展。
Objective To analyze the influence of lean management on the quality and efficiency of hospital medical service.Methods One hundred and twenty health care workers who worked in Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as study subjects.Routine management was implemented from January to December 2022,which was set up as the routine group,and lean management was implemented from January to December 2023,which was set up as the research group.The quality of medical services,service competence scores,and management satisfaction of healthcare workers in the two groups were compared.Results The quality of medical services and service competence scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the study group was 98.33%(118/120),which was higher than 91.67%(110/120)of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.614,P<0.05).Conclusion Lean management can effectively improve the quality of healthcare services,enhance the service capabilities of healthcare professionals and ensure effective healthcare.
