规范化管理路径在医学影像设备管理中的实施效果与影响分析

Analysis of the Implementation Effect and Impact of Standardized Man⁃agement Path in Medical Imaging Equipment Management

目的探讨规范化管理路径在医学影像设备管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1—12月在平阴县人民医院工作的4名维修人员及同时期30台影像设备作为传统组,采用传统管理模式。另外选取2023年1—12月在本院工作的同一批4名维修人员及同时期30台影像设备作为探究组,采用规范化管理路径。对比两组设备管理质量情况、设备故障发生情况与两组维修人员操作规范、管理满意度。结果探究组中,设备管理质量的维修质量为(24.28±0.20)分、维护及时性为(24.32±0.10)分、备件管理为(24.40±0.13)分、设备完好性为(24.37±0.12)分均高于传统组的(23.48±0.16)分、(23.51±0.11)分、(23.60±0.17)分、(23.49±0.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.108、29.843、20.475、24.100,P均<0.05)。同时,探究组维修人员的操作规范评分及管理满意度评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。在设备故障方面,传统组设备故障发生合计10例,而探究组设备故障发生合计仅3例。结论规范化管理路径在医学影像设备管理中的实施效果显著,不仅提升了设备管理质量和维修人员的操作规范性,还可提高管理满意度,并降低设备故障率。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized management path in medical imaging equipment management.Methods Four maintenance personnel and thirty imaging equipment working in Pingyin County People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the traditional group,and the traditional management mode was adopted.In addition,four maintenance personnel and thirty imaging equipment in the same period who worked in our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research group,and the standardized management path was adopted.The quality of equipment management,the occurrence of equipment failure,the operation specifications and management satisfaction of the two groups of maintenance personnel were compared.Results In the research group,the score of maintenance quality was 24.28±0.20,the score of maintenance timeliness was 24.32±0.10,the score of spare parts management was 24.40±0.13,and the score of equipment integrity was 24.37±0.12,they were higher than 23.48±0.16,23.51±0.11,23.60±0.17 and 23.49±0.16 in the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(t=17.108,29.843,20.475,24.100,all P<0.05).At the same time,the operation standard score and management satisfaction score of the maintenance personnel in the research group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In terms of equipment failure,a total of 10 cases of equipment failure occurred in the traditional group,while only three cases of equipment failure occurred in the research group.Conclusion The implementation effect of standardized management path in medical imaging equipment management is remarkable,which not only improves the quality of equipment management and the operation standardization of maintenance personnel,but also improves the management satisfaction and reduces the occurrence of equipment failure.
