持续质量改进在医院卫生管理中的应用效果

摘要 目的分析医院卫生管理采取持续质量改进(continuous quality improvement,CQI)的应用效果。方法选取北京市平谷区夏各庄镇社区卫生服务中心的36名医护人员为研究对象,2023年1—6月实施常规卫生管理(对照组)。2023年7—12月实施持续质量改进卫生管理(观察组),对比两组的管理质量、管理模式满意度、不良事件发生情况。结果实施后,观察组管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组医护人员对管理模式的总满意度97.22%(35/36)高于对照组的83.33%(30/36),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.965,P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生情况中的手卫生不合格1次、投诉0次、滑倒1次,低于对照组的7次、4次、6次。结论实施持续质量改进措施能够提高医院卫生管理质量,有效防控不良事件发生。 Objective To analyze the application effect of continuous quality improvement(CQI)in hospital health management.Methods Thirty-six medical staff from the community health service center of Xiagezhuang Town,Pinggu District,Beijing were selected as the research objects.From January to June 2023,routine health management was implemented(control group),from July to December 2023,continuous quality improvement health management(observation group)was implemented,and the management quality,management mode satisfaction and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation,the management quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the medical staff in the observation group was 97.22%(35/36)higher than that in the control group 83.33%(30/36),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.965,P<0.05).In the observation group,the occurrence of adverse events in the hand hygiene unqualified 1 times,complaints 0 times,slip 1 times were lower than the control group of 7,4,6 times.Conclusion Implementing continuous quality improvement measures can improve the quality of hospital health management and effectively prevent and control adverse events.
