细节管理在儿科护理管理工作中的应用效果探讨

Analysis of the Effect of the Application of Detail Management in Pediatric Nursing Management Efforts

目的探讨细节管理在儿童护理管理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月—2021年2月临沭县人民医院的29名儿科护理人员作为参照组,给予常规管理。选取2021年3月—2022年3月本院的同一批工作人员作为研究组,给予细节管理。对比两组护理管理质量评分、护理不良事件发生情况及护理管理满意度评分。结果研究组护理管理质量评分高于参照组,管理满意度评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组共发生1件不良事件,参照组共发生8件不良事件。结论细节管理的应用可提升护理人员的管理质量及管理满意度,减少护理不良事件的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of detail management in children's nursing management.Methods Twenty-nine pediatric nursing staff of Linshu County People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the reference group and given routine management.The same staff of our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study group and given detail management.The quality scores of nursing management,the occurrence of nursing adverse events and the satisfaction scores of nursing management were compared between the two groups.Results The quality scores of nursing management in the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the management satisfaction scores were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).A total of one adverse event occurred in the study group,and a total of eight adverse events occurred in the reference group.Conclusion The application of detail management can improve the quality of management and management satisfaction of nursing staff and reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events.
