6S护理风险管理在骨科护理管理中的实施效果与价值探讨

Exploring the Implementation Effect and Value of 6S Nursing Risk Man⁃agement in Orthopaedic Nursing Management

目的探讨6S护理风险管理在骨科护理管理中的实施效果与价值。方法选取莒县人民医院骨科的20名护理人员为研究对象,2022年1—12月为传统组,实施传统护理管理,2023年1—12月为探究组,实施6S护理风险管理。对比两组护理人员工作质量、积极心理状态和工作压力。结果传统组护理操作规范性评分为(18.72±0.18)分、病区环境管理评分为(18.33±0.21)分、护理文书记录评分为(18.41±0.10)分、风险防控能力(18.51±0.14)分低于探究组的(19.41±0.10)分、(19.36±0.12)分、(19.33±0.11)分、(19.38±0.09)分,差异有统计学意义(t=14.986、19.045、27.676、23.377,P均<0.05)。探究组的积极心理状态评分、工作压力评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论6S护理风险管理在骨科护理管理中效果较好,不仅提升护理工作质量,还优化护理人员的心理状态,降低工作压力。

Objective To explore the implementation effect and value of 6S nursing risk management in orthopaedic nursing management.Methods Twenty nursing staff from the Orthopedics Department of Juxian People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects.From January to December 2022,they were in the traditional group and implemented traditional nursing management.From January to December 2023,they were in the exploratory group and implemented 6S nursing risk management.Compare the work quality,positive psychological state,and work pressure of two groups of staff.Results The standardized nursing operation score was 18.72±0.18,ward environment management score was 18.33±0.21,nursing document record score was 18.41±0.10,and risk prevention and control ability score was 18.51±0.14 of the traditional group,which were lower than 19.41±0.10,19.36±0.12,19.33±0.11,and 19.38±0.09 of the exploration group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=14.986,19.045,27.676,23.377,all P<0.05).The positive psychological state score and the work stress score of the exploration group were higher than those of the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion 6S nursing risk management has good effects in orthopedic nursing management,not only improving the quality of nursing work,but also optimizing the psychological state of nursing staff,reducing work pressure.
