基于DRG的精细化管理在医院病案管理中的应用效果评价

摘要 目的探讨基于疾病诊断相关分组(diagnosis related groups,DRG)的精细化管理对提高医院病案管理质量的效果。方法选取如皋市中医院病案统计室的4名管理人员为研究对象,2021年1—12月开展常规病案管理设为对照组,2022年1—12月开展DRG精细化管理设为观察组,两组均随机纳入200份病历。比较两组病案质量、病案管理人员考核成绩与职业素养、管理模式满意度。结果观察组病案质量优良率为95.50%(191/200),高于对照组的99.50%(199/200),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.564,P<0.05)。观察组病案管理人员考核成绩、职业素养评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组对管理方式的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在医院病案管理中采用基于DRG的精细化管理可改善病案质量,提升病案管理人员考核成绩、职业素养及对管理的满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of diagnosis related groups(DRG)fine management on medical record management.Methods Four management personnel from the medical record statistics effice of Rugao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.Routine medical record management will be carried out from January to December 2021,with a control group set up.From January to December 2022,DRG refined management will be carried out,with an observation group and 200 medical records randomly included in both groups.Compare the quality of two groups of medical records,the assessment scores of medical record management personnel,their professional ethics,and satisfaction with management models.Results The excellent rate of medical record quality in the observation group was 95.50%(191/200),which was higher than 99.50%(199/200)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.564,P<0.05).The assessment scores and professional ethics scores of medical record management personnel in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group with the management style was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion The use of DRG based refined management in hospital medical record management can improve the quality of medical records,enhance the assessment scores,professional ethics,and satisfaction with management of medical record management personnel.
