三维打印技术配合情景教学模式在肝胆外科教学中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨三维(three dimentional,3D)打印技术配合情景教学模式在肝胆外科教学过程中的应用效果。方法选取2021年4月—2022年4月在南京医科大学第一附属医院(江苏省人民医院)肝胆外科实习的60名临床医学专业学生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组应用传统教学方法,研究组在对照组基础上辅助应用3D打印模型配合情景教学模式,实习结束后对比两组学生考核成绩和综合能力评分。结果研究组学生的理论成绩和技能成绩的总成绩为(167.82±11.38)分,高于对照组的总成绩(152.96±9.75)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.431,P<0.05);研究组学生沟通能力、实践操作、理论知识、应急能力和病历书写成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论三维打印技术配合情景教学模式能够帮助学生更加深刻理解肝胆外科中的立体解剖学结构,提高教学效果和学生综合能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of three-dimentional(3D)printing technology combined with situational teaching mode in the teaching process of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods From April 2021 to April 2022,sixty clinical medical students who practiced in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group applied traditional teaching methods,and the research group assisted the application of 3D printing model combined with situational teaching mode on the basis of the control group.After the internship,the assessment results and comprehensive ability scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total scores of theoretical and skill scores in the study group were 167.82±11.38,which were higher than 152.96±9.75 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.431,P<0.05).The communication ability,practical operation,theoretical knowledge,emergency response ability and medical record writing scores of the students in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The 3D printing technology combined with the situational teaching mode can help students to have a deeper understanding of the 3D anatomical structure in hepatobiliary surgery,and improve the teaching effect and students'comprehensive ability.
