摘要
目的探究互动式教学模式结合腹腔镜辅助在肝胆外科教学中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年6月南京医科大学第一附属医院肝胆外科实习的78名学生为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各39名。对照组应用传统教学方式教学,研究组应用腹腔镜辅助互动式教学。分析两组学生教学结束后在考核成绩、对教学效果的评价、教学满意度的差异。结果研究组理论知识及临床操作得分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组学生教学评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组学生对教学的总满意度为97.44%(38/39),高于对照组总满意度87.18%(34/39),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.169,P=0.041)。结论应用腹腔镜辅助互动式教学模式开展肝胆外科教学,可以更好地促进学习效果和教学质量的提高,同时提高学生学习的积极主动性,可以作为肝胆外科教学的一种可靠方式。
Objective To explore the application value of interactive teaching mode combined with laparoscopic assistance in the teaching of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods A total of seventy-eight students who interned in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and research group,with thirty-nine students in each group.The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the research group was taught by laparoscopy-assisted interactive teaching.The differences in assessment scores,evaluation of teaching effect,and teaching satisfaction between the two groups were analyzed.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical operation in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The teaching evaluation of the students in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the students in the study group was 97.44%(38/39),which was higher than that in the control group 87.18%(34/39),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.169,P=0.041).Conclusion The application of laparoscopic assisted interactive teaching mode to teach hepatobiliary surgery can better promote the improvement of learning effect and teaching quality,and improve students'initiative in learning,which can be used as a reliable way to teach hepatobiliary surgery.
