摘要
目的探讨微课的反转式教学在放射科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月期间于监利市人民医院放射科实习的临床实习生80名作为研究对象,按教学方法分为对照组(2022年1—12月)、研究组(2023年1—12月),每组40名实习生。对照组实习期间应用常规方法开展临床教学工作,研究组实习期间应用微课反转式教学模式开展临床教学工作。对比两组出科成绩、教学质量及自主学习能力评分。结果研究组理论知识、操作技能及阅片成绩分别为(96.35±1.12)分、(94.56±1.12)分、(96.25±1.03)分,优于对照组的(92.32±1.06)分、(90.68±1.08)分、(91.35±1.32)分,差异有统计学意义(t=16.528、15.772、18.509,P均<0.05)。研究组教学质量中课堂气氛活跃度、对知识及技能掌握、沟通能力、团队合作能力、自主学习积极性、自主学习效率评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组自主学习能力评分中课前预习、提出问题、案例分析及自我评价评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论放射科临床教学中应用微课反转式教学,有助于提高实习生成绩、自主学习能力及临床教学质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of reverse teaching in micro-courses in clinical teaching of radiology.Methods Eighty clinical interns who practiced in the Radiology Department of Jianli People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research object.They were divided into control group(from January to December 2022)and research group(January to December 2023)according to teaching method,with forty interns in each group.The control group used routine methods to carry out clinical teaching during the internship,while the research group used micro-course reversal teaching mode to carry out clinical teaching during the internship.The scores of graduation performance,teaching quality and autonomous learning ability were compared between the research group and the control group.Results The theoretical knowledge,operational skills,and video reading scores of the research group were 96.35±1.12,94.56±1.12,and 96.25±1.03,better than the control group 92.32±1.06,90.68±1.08,and 91.35±1.32,the differences were statistically significant(t=16.528,15.772,18.509,all P<0.05).The teaching quality scores of classroom atmosphere activity,mastery of knowledge and skills,communication ability,teamwork ability,autonomous learning enthusiasm and autonomous learning efficiency of the study group were higher compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The autonomous learning ability scores of preview before class,asking questions,case analysis and self-evaluation in the study group were higher compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro course reversal teaching in clinical teaching of radiology is helpful to improve interns'performance,autonomous learn‐ing ability and clinical teaching quality.
