摘要
目的观察血液内科教学过程中应用互动式案例教学方式的效果。方法选取2019年9月—2020年9月南京医科大学第一附属医院的164名临床医学专业大四实习生为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(传统教学)、研究组(互动式案例教学),每组82名,比较两组的考试成绩以及对教学满意度。结果两组的概念题评分比较[(52.21±3.96)分vs(51.16±3.18)分],差异无统计学意义(t=1.872,P>0.05);观察组的病理分析题评分为(23.27±1.64)分,高于对照组的(18.36±2.45)分,差异有统计学意义(t=15.081,P<0.05)。研究组的各项满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论血液内科教学过程中采取互动式案例模式,不仅有助于学生掌握知识,提高学习主动性,帮助学生学习成绩的提高,而且有助于良性师生关系的建立,教学满意度较高。
Objective To observe the effect of interactive case teaching in the course of hematology teaching.Meth⁃ods One hundred and sixty-four senior interns majoring in clinical medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(traditional teaching)and research group(interactive case teaching)according to random number table method,with eighty-two students in each group.The test scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of concept questions between the two groups(52.21±3.96 vs 51.16±3.18)(t=1.872,P>0.05).The pathological analysis score of the observation group was 23.27±1.64,higher than 18.36±2.45 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.081,P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the interactive case model in the teaching process of hematology is not only helpful for students to master knowledge,improve learning initiative,help students to improve their academic performance,but also conducive to the establishment of a good teacher-student relationship,and the teaching satisfaction is high.
