本文探讨了医疗设备在现代医疗体系中的重要性,并深入分析了当前采购管理中存在的项目立项决策难、供应商管理欠缺、采购合同管理薄弱等问题。针对这些问题,提出了通过信息化手段进行全流程管理的对策,包括建立评审专家数据库、供应商报名系统、供应商库及评价体系、加强合同管理、实现流程可视化和改进审计监督等,以提高采购效率和透明度。

This paper discusses the importance of medical equipment in the modern medical system,and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the current procurement management,such as the difficulty of project decision-making,the lack of supplier management,and the weak management of procurement contracts.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of whole process management by means of information technology,including the establishment of evaluation expert database,supplier registration system,supplier database and evaluation system,strengthening contract management,realizing process visualization and improving audit supervision,so as to improve procurement efficiency and transparency.
