摘要
为促进医院办公室行政管理效能的提高,可在办公室实施精细化管理举措,提升办公室科学管理水平。本文在梳理当前办公室存在的共性问题基础上,提出针对性的精细化管理建议,力求为医院办公室及医院行政管理工作提供一定帮助和借鉴。
In order to promote the improvement of administrative management efficiency in hospital offices,refined management measures can be implemented in hospital offices to enhance the level of scientific management in the office.On the basis of sorting out the common problems in the current office,this article proposes targeted and refined management suggestions,aiming to provide certain assistance and reference for hospital offices and administrative management work.
