近5年血府逐瘀汤在神经系统疾病中的应用及作用机制研究进展

Recent Advances on the Application and Mechanism of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in Nervous System Diseases over the Past FiveYears

血府逐瘀汤出自《医林改错》,具有活血祛瘀,行气止痛之效,应用范围广阔。本文查阅近5年血府逐瘀汤在神经系统疾病中的临床及实验研究,归纳血府逐瘀汤在治疗缺血性脑卒中、中风后遗症、脑卒中后睡眠障碍、脑卒中后肌张力增高、颅脑损伤、头痛、失眠、椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕等疾病的临床应用及疗效,总结血府逐瘀汤抗氧化应激、调节自噬和凋亡、调节神经递质、调节代谢、增强淋巴系统功能等实验研究及机制,为血府逐瘀汤的深入研究提供理论依据,为临床运用该方提供借鉴。

Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,originating from Correction of Errors in Medical Classics,is known for its effects in promoting blood circulation,dispelling stasis,moving qi and relieving pain,with a broad range of applications.This paper reviews clinical and experimental research on Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in nervous system diseases from the past five years.The summary covers its clinical applications and therapeutic effects in treating ischemic stroke,post-stroke sequelae,post-stroke sleep disorders,post-stroke hypertonia,traumatic brain injury,headache,insomnia,and vertebrobasilar insufficiency-induced vertigo.Additionally,the paper summarizes experimental research and its mechanisms on antioxidative stress,regulation of autophagy and apoptosis,neurotransmitter modulation,metabolic regulation,enhancement of lymphatic system function,etc.This review provides a theoretical basis for further research on Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and serves as a reference for its clinical application.
