南水北调韩庄泵站永磁同步电机温升计算及散热改进措施探究

摘要 南水北调东线韩庄泵站采用永磁同步电机,在额定负载和轻载时均具有更高的运行效率和功率因数,但在调水过程中发现机组运行一段时间后,在环境温度、流量、水位、水温等未发生变化的情况下,出现电机电流增大、电机各部分温度升高、有功功率增大的现象。文章通过对原始电机模型进行温升计算,得到了电机内部各区域温度的分布状况,探究了在不更改原有电机和散热结构的前提下,提出了减小电机温升的措施,使电机运行时产生的损耗降低,为日后同类型大型直驱永磁同步电机的设计提供了理论支撑。 The Hanzhuang Pump Station of the East Line of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project uses permanent magnet synchronous motors,which have higher operational efficiency and power factor under both rated and light loads.However,during the water diversion process,it was observed that after running for a period,the motor current increased,the temperature of various parts of the motor rose,and the active power increased,even though the ambient temperature,flow rate,water level,and water temperature remained unchanged.This paper calculates the temperature rise of the original motor model,obtaining the temperature distribution within various regions of the motor.It explores measures to reduce the temperature rise of the motor without altering the original motor and cooling structure,thereby reducing the losses generated during motor operation.This provides theoretical support for the design of similar large direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous motors in the future.
