摘要
2024版美国国家综合癌症网络乳腺癌临床实践指南V1⁃V4版陆续发布(更新主要集中在V1版),该文将基于乳腺癌领域的最新研究进展,结合我国的临床实践和指南,对指南V1版中局部区域处理部分以及V2~V4版的更新要点进行解读,旨在推动新版指南的广泛传播与临床实施。
The 2024 version of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Breast Cancer Clinical Practice Guidelines V1⁃V4 has been released successively(the updates mainly focus on V1).Based on the latest research progress of breast cancer and combined with Chinese clinical practice and guidelines,this paper will interpret the local regional treatment of V1 and the update points of V2⁃V4 versions of the guidelines,aiming to promote the dissemination and clinical implementation of the new guidelines.
