不同拓扑路径形式开/闭环无结网编织工艺

摘要 为了编织不同拓扑路径形式的开/闭环无结网,避免旋转式编织技术中锭子在各方向的干涉,提出一种新的锭子排布表示方法。此方法总结了开/闭环无结网编织时变轨转盘的排布规律和数量关系。基于此规律,可以根据织物的网目数量和开/闭环状态,设计锭子的排布方案和运行路径,并计算所需的变轨转盘数量,这不仅确保实现编织过程中锭子间的无干涉,还实现各种网目数量的开环和闭环无结网的编织。通过结合计算机编程软件和编织过程中锭子的坐标变化,实现不同拓扑路径形式的编织预制件的实体建模。应用上述方法和规律,设计无结网编织机,并进行了实际编织。结果表明该方法具有一定的可行性,研究成果为使用者设计无结网编织机提供了重要依据。 To achieve open/closed loop knotless net braiding with diverse topological paths and avoid the interference of spindle in each direction with rotary braiding technology,a method of spindle arrangement representation was proposed.This method summarized the arrangement law and quantity relationship of the switch of open/closed loop knotless net braiding.Based on this principle,the arrangement scheme and running path of spindle can be designed based on the mesh and the open/closed loop state of the fabric,and the number of required switch can be calculated to realize the non-interference of the spindle in the braiding process and the braiding of open loop and closed loop knotless net with different mesh numbers.Coordinate transformation of spindle in braiding process combined with computer programming and graphics software,the physical modeling of braiding preforms with diverse topological paths was realized.By using the above method and principle,a knotless net braiding machine is designed and braided in practice.The results show that the method is feasible.Our research findings offer a valuable foundation for users to design knotless net braiding machines.
