摘要
以某再生铜冶炼项目为例,分析了熔炼炉出口烟气温度高,具有大量余热可以回收,却存在周期性波动的特点,阐述了蒸汽蓄热器作为平衡蒸汽生产和蒸汽利用之间供需关系的桥梁,在余热回收-利用系统中设置的必要性。介绍了蒸汽蓄热器的工作原理,以某再生铜冶炼项目为例对蒸汽蓄热器的蓄热能力进行了计算,并分析了蒸汽蓄热器的应用条件。
Taking a secondary copper smelting project as an example,the paper analyzes the characteristics of high flue gas temperature at the outlet of smelting furnace,which has a large amount of waste heat that can be recovered,but there is periodic fluctuation,and expounds the necessity of setting the steam accumulator in the waste heat recovery and utilization system as a bridge to balance the supply and demand relationship between steam production and steam utilization.The working principle of the steam accumulator is introduced,the heat storage capacity of the steam accumulator is calculated by taking a secondary copper smelting project as an example,and the application conditions of the steam accumulator are analyzed.
