摘要
分析了铜模表面温度对阳极板质量和模具寿命的影响,介绍了红外测温技术和智能喷淋控制系统的工作原理。针对某冶炼企业的实际情况,提出了一种基于高性能红外热像仪的铜模表面温度检测及喷淋水系统。该系统采用一种非制冷微量热型焦平面探测器对铜模表面温度检测,所测铜模表面温度通过铜模表面温度检测系统的数据处理与分析后,由喷淋水控制系统实现对喷淋水温度和喷水量的智能化调整,使铜模表面温度在浇铸期间保持在120~170℃,能有效延长铜模寿命,保证阳极板质量。
This article analyzes the influence of copper mold surface temperature problem on anode plate quality and mold lift,and introduces the working principle of infrared temperature measurement technology and intelligent spray control system.Aiming at the actual situation of a smelting enterprise,a copper mold surface temperature detection and spray water system based on a high-performance infrared thermal imager is proposed.The system adopts an uncooled microcalorimetric focal plane array sensors to detect the surface temperature of the copper mold.After data processing and analysis by the copper mold surface temperature detection system,the entire spray water temperature control system intelligently adjusts the spray water temperature and spray volume,so that the surface temperature of the copper mold is maintained at 120~170℃during the casting period,which can effectively prolong the service life of the copper mold and ensure the quality of anode plate.
