孤独症儿童重复刻板行为的功能分析与管理

摘要 重复刻板行为指一系列频率高、无明显目的和意义的行为,它是孤独症儿童的核心症状之一,也是诊断孤独症的重要标准。孤独症儿童会通过重复刻板行为来调节情绪、适应环境,教师要在承认重复刻板行为存在合理性的同时,深入分析重复刻板行为的功能和影响因素,采取有效的策略,引导儿童发展更成熟的行为模式以替代重复刻板行为。
