摘要
目的 分析胱抑素C、醛固酮水平与老年心律失常心力衰竭的相关性。方法 简单随机选择2024年1—6月南方医院太和分院收治的50例老年心律失常心力衰竭患者与50例同时期健康体检者作为研究对象,前者作为心力衰竭组,后者作为对照组,比较两组胱抑素C、醛固酮水平,不同心功能等级患者的胱抑素C、醛固酮水平及相关性。结果 心力衰竭组胱抑素C、醛固酮水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。心功能Ⅰ级、心功能Ⅱ级、心功能Ⅲ级患者的胱抑素C、醛固酮水平对比,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。心力衰竭患者不同心功能级别与胱抑素C、醛固酮水平均呈正相关(r=0.649、0.561,P均<0.05)。结论 心力衰竭患者不同心功能级别与胱抑素、醛固酮呈正比,可以通过胱抑素、醛固酮的不同数据评估心力衰竭患者的心功能疾病程度。
Objective To analyze the correlation between cystatin C,aldosterone levels and heart failure in elderly pa⁃tients with arrhythmia.Methods From January to June 2024,50 elderly patients with arrhythmia and heart failure ad⁃mitted to Nanfang Hospital Taihe Branch and 50 healthy subjects at the same time were simple randomly selected as the research objects.The former was used as the heart failure group,and the latter was used as the control group.The levels of cystatin C and aldosterone were compared between the two groups,the levels of cystatin C and aldosterone in different cardiac function grades and their correlation were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of cystatin C and aldosterone in the heart failure group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The levels of cystatin C and aldosterone in patients with cardiac function grade I,cardiac function gradeⅡand cardiac function gradeⅢwere compared,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of cystatin C and aldosterone were positively correlated with different cardiac function grades in patients with heart failure(r=0.649,0.561,both P<0.05).Conclusion Different cardiac function levels in patients with heart failure are proportional to cystatin and aldosterone.The degree of cardiac function disease in patients with heart failure can be evaluated by different data of cystatin and aldosterone.
